Job 12:15-17

New International Version

¹⁵ If he holds back the waters,^(A) there is drought;^(B)
    if he lets them loose, they devastate the land.^(C)
16 To him belong strength and insight;^(D)
    both deceived and deceiver are his.^(E)
17 He leads rulers away stripped^(F)
    and makes fools of judges.^(G)
